<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system which enables print preparation to be freely and easily requested with high reliability with no need to hand over and receiving a recording medium, etc., in requesting print preparation of images photographed with a digital camera. <P>SOLUTION: The printing system has a digital camera having a means for inputting order information, a transmission destination and a transmission instruction and a means for transmitting/receiving information; and a printing means having a means for creating reception information and a means for transmitting/ receiving information. The camera makes the order information correspond to image data and its own identification information in accordance with a transmission instruction, and transmits the corresponding information to the printing means of a transmission destination. When the printing means receives the order information, image data and identification information, the printing means creates reception information, transmits the reception information to a camera corresponding to the identification information, and prepares prints obtained by reproducing the received image data in accordance with the other information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
