PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional power converters that, if the user desires to use a power converter for a long time, the user have to separately purchase a power-storing means and replace power-storing means, and for replacing them, the user have to stop the electric apparatus concerned which is inconvenient for the user. SOLUTION: A power converter comprises a plurality of power-storing means blocks 102, which can be additionally installed in parallel; after purchasing the power converter, the user can add power-storing means blocks 102, according to the type of usage the user desires, and this enhances the user's convenience.
