PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier in which a dynamic range is wide, frequency characteristics are superior and a signal can be amplified with low distortion. SOLUTION: The amplifier A is composed of a differential amplifier circuit B in which an input signal 10 is inputted to a grid 11, a grid 21 is grounded via a grid resistor 22, plates 13 and 23 are connected through load resistors 14 and 24 to a DC power source 20 and cathodes 15 and 25 are connected to a constant current source 26 together and a differential shunt regulated push-pull circuit C in which a triode 3 in charge of the amplification of balanced output and a triode 4 to contribute to current composition are serially electrically connected and a triode 5 in charge of the amplification of balanced output and a triode 6 to contribute to current composition are serially electrically connected, and grids 32 and 53 of the triodes 3 and 5 are directly connected with the plates 13 and 23.
