<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a high quality image having superior transfer performance and suppressed fog and toner scattering in forming an image for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A full-color image-forming method has at least a charging process, latent-image forming process, developing process, transfer process, and fixing process. A developer used for the developing process has a plurality of color developers, and a black developer. Each of the color developers is a two-component developer used for forming a full-color image and having a color toner and a carrier for the color developer. The black developer is a two-component developer used for forming the full-color image and having a black toner and a carrier for the black developer.
