PURPOSE: Provided is a liquid ceramic graphite coating composition which has improved processability, stability and strong binding strength without the process of drying. The composition is used as refractory, lubricant and conductive material. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 20-50wt.% of liquid ceramic and 40-80wt.% of graphite powder. The liquid ceramic is transparent alkaline liquid with pH of 8-12, the particle size of less than 10-40nm and viscosity of 1.2±0.05 while the particle size of graphite powder is 1-10 micrometers. |
