The present invention describes the use of imidazo(1,2-a)-pyridine-3-acetamide derivatives for production of a medicament intended for treating Parkinson's disease, parkinsonian syndromes, other extrapyramidal syndromes such as those classified under the name "parkinsonism plus" (Steele-Richardson-Olszewski syndrome, cortical basal ganglia degeneration, multisystem atrophy, Wilson?s disease, Hallevorden-Spatz disease, Huntington?s disease, neuro-acanthocytosis), obsessive-compulsive disorders and other obsessive-compulsive syndromes, and frontal and subcortical dementias. |
