PURPOSE: A one touch clamping lever type mold for producing a shoe is provided to insert an upper leather into the mold only by a forward sliding movement. CONSTITUTION: The mold has upper and lower molds connected by a hinge(130). The upper mold is divided into the left and right by the hinge(130) and clamped by a clamping lever, with an upper leather fixing plate(50) for setting the bottom of the upper leather being mounted, wherein the clamping lever includes: a finger stop mount(11) which is prepared with a stopping portion of a concave recess(140); a clamp mount which is formed on the opposite side; a lever type clamp(16) which is hinged to the clamp mount; and a U-shaped finger stop(15) which is hinged to the clamp as being spaced from the hinge(130) of the clamp.
