PURPOSE: A method and a device for offering the investment business information using the Internet are provided to prevent various kinds of hopeful items and businesses from keeping in dead storage by promoting the investment to a hopeful company, as analyzing and introducing the diverse items and the business values through the Internet, and connecting to an investor. CONSTITUTION: A company information database(DB1) stores and manages the information and the data of a company member. An investor information database(DB2) stores and manages the information and the data for an investor member. A server(S) transmits and controls the database. A company computer(C1) displays the information of the investor. An investor computer(C2) displays the information of the company. A certification organization computer(C3) decides the investment value and makes a certification by linking with the investor.
