PURPOSE: A cyclone type vacuum cleaner is provided to prevent the noise in the centrifugal blower from being transmitted to the cyclone dust collecting chamber. CONSTITUTION: A cleaner body(10) has a suction port and a discharge port. A cyclone dust collecting chamber(30) separates dust from air by using centrifugal force. A centrifugal blower(40) blows air and dust into the cyclone dust collector. A muffler(50) reduces the noise in the centrifugal blower transmitted to the cyclone dust collecting chamber.
