PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud solidifying apparatus suitable for granulation of a large amount of mud. SOLUTION: A plurality of agitators 71 each having a plurality of independent agitating blades 71b firmly joined to a rotary shaft 71a so as to be inclined are set in series so that mud is shear-crushed while rolling it, together with a coagulant, with the agitating blades 71b, thereby composing a multi-shaft agitator 70. A mud feeding means 30, a first coagulant feeding means 40 feeding a first coagulant for conjugating free water between soil particles, and a second coagulant feeding means 50 feeding a second coagulant for granulating the mud agitated and mixed with the first coagulant are installed. A first coagulant charging port is disposed so that the first coagulant can be fed to a flow of the mud immediately after being fed. A second coagulant charging port is disposed so that the second coagulant is fed in a state where the mud and the first coagulant are mixed by the agitating blades corresponding to 3-5 pitches.
