<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus by which solid-liquid separation can be precisely carried out by utilizing a natural force without using an expensive filter cloth having fine eyes, or a specific pressurizing apparatus in an apparatus for producing a liquid of the lees of sake (rice wine) from the lees of the sake remaining after production of Awamori (millet brandy), and to provide a method for producing the liquid of the lees of the sake. <P>SOLUTION: A filter plate 6 having a filtering material therein is detachably and nearly horizontally arranged in a tank t so that the water in the lees (a) of the sake positioned at the upper side of the filter plate 6 can pass and drop. A gutter 9 for collecting the liquid having passed and dropped through the filter plate 6 is installed in the outside of a side wall 4. After the solid-liquid separation, the solid component remaining on the filter plate 6 is gathered by raking the component on a carrying plate 5, and raking the component on the carrying plate 5 into the gutter 14 by removing the side wall 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
