<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that as wastes including materials for recycling such as cut residual materials of thermoplastic resin materials and PET bottles are remarkably bulky for their amount, a wide place for accumulation is required and when they are transferred, its efficiency is very bad and its cost is high. <P>SOLUTION: The wastes of the thermoplastic resin materials are compressed to reduce their volumes and then, one or more heated rods are inserted into the wastes and pulled out therefrom or while volume reduction by compression is performed, the same procedure is performed. Namely, the inserted heated rods melt the surroundings after the volume reduction by compression is performed or while it is performed and the wastes are then returned to ordinary temperature so that the wastes are fused together and a compressed and volume- reduced condition is roughly ensured to make them into a massive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
