PURPOSE: A heat exchanger of upward combustion condensing boiler for heating and generating hot water is provided to maximize efficiency of a heat exchange part. CONSTITUTION: A latent heat part comprises a first latent heat part heat exchanger(52) and a second latent heat part heat exchanger(53) symmetrically formed to absorb heat of exhaust gas; an exhaust gas guiding member(61) fixing the first latent heat part heat exchanger and the second latent heat part heat exchanger, guiding exhaust gas and collecting condensed water; a condensed water outlet(56) discharging condensed water dropping to the exhaust gas guiding member to a condensed water discharge pipe; and an exhaust outlet(57) formed on an upper end of the latent heat part to discharge exhaust gas to the outside.
