<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that product varieties can not be easily developed because a change in layout or the like must be done for semiconductor devices of the same specifications simply when a power supply voltage is different. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with a circuit block which is composed of at least one circuit portion which singly operates at a specified operation voltage, a voltage conversion portion which is additionally arranged independently of the circuit block and converts the power supply voltage supplied from outside into a specified operation voltage and a supply means which supplies the operation voltage from the voltage conversion portion to the circuit block. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
