PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of coping with even a case that a possessor of a mobile phone is not aware of a theft or missing of the mobile phone. SOLUTION: This invention provides a mobile communication apparatus having a function of authenticating a possessor itself, if a person stealing the apparatus uses it, the authentication is failed, and the theft can automatically be reported to a service center and the possessor. Further, GPS function is attached further to the mobile communication apparatus so as to report position information also as soon as the theft is reported thereby immediately particularizing the location of the person stealing the apparatus.
