PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of receiving a document during the waiting time of transfer even while transferring a plurality of documents. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a network control part 32 to be connected with one or more terminal devices via a network, a net control part 31 to be connected with a public telephone net, a memory 27 storing the plurality of documents, a memory management part 28 for inputting and outputting by each document, and a CPU 20 for controlling the network control part 32, the net control part 31 and the memory management part 28. Then, in the case of transferring one or more documents in the memory 27 to one or more terminal devices, a prescribed waiting time is provided to each document transferring. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
