PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia wireless network in which high-speed mobile Internet access including voice calls is provided at low communication cost by utilizing an existent CATV network. SOLUTION: The multimedia wireless network is provided with a multiplex modem 12 for modulating out a signal multiplexed beforehand, a plurality of radio adapters 5 for communicating radio waves generated by converting the frequency of the multiplexed signal by radio and a plurality of radio terminals 7 for communicating the radio waves by radio and at least one of the radio adapters 5 or radio terminals 7 communicates the radio wave in two-way.
