The water stream joint comprises first part (1) having the shape of a tube intended to seal an opening by compression. There is a fixed bottom part (2) immobilized to the bodywork (11) by a double-sided adhesive (3). A second rubber part (4) forming a lip protects the adhesive from humidity and dust coming from outside the vehicle. The first part is articulated on the fixed part and is provided with a removable fixing enabling the first part to take alternately either an immobilized position on the fixed part or a withdrawn position where the first part is separated from the fixed part thus disengaging a space between the two parts to allow the introduction of a roof bar fixing hook.
