FIELD: medicine, therapy, endocrinology, biochemistry, polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agents using in treatment of obesity and hypertri- glyceridemia. Invention proposes to use for oral administration a substance representing polymer comprising in its structure at least one substituting group that is able to inhibit activity of lipase. This inhibits assimilation of food fat that results to reduction of weight and symptoms of hypertriglyceridemia and provides significant expanding the possibility for inhibition of lipase activity.
