PURPOSE: A metallic ceiling structure is provided to hang lightings or sprinklers or speakers and promote the circulation of air without installing complex ventilators. CONSTITUTION: The metallic ceiling structure contains; a frame(10) hung and arranged on ceilings in rows and columns; numbers of ceiling boards hung to the frame; a couple of spacing plates(30) securing some space for the installation of facilities(60); a couple of covers(40) used to cover the space not occupied by facilities; a bent projection(34) used to hang facilities; a channel-shaped connecting part(31) hung to hangers(37), then fixed to the frame; a ventilating area(50) formed between the ceiling board and the cover; a spacer(55) controlling the width of the ventilating area and supporting the hanger and the spacing plate.
