FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, liquid steel reduction and alloying with aluminum. SUBSTANCE: method involves obtaining reducer from aluminum and iron-base alloy; introducing obtained reducer into furnace or ladle with melt and solving therein; according to method, obtaining reducer in the form of composite with aluminum as low-melting point component and iron-base melt particles used as high-melting point reinforcing component; initiating diffusion of composite reducer in liquid steel at their density ratio of at least 0.5, continuing process while continuously increasing said ratio to 1.0-1.1 and stopping process at the ratio of 0.9-1.0. Aluminum diffusion is initiated and stopped before diffusion of iron-base melt particles, and aluminum diffusion process is accompanied with dispersion of composite reducer particles into separate fragments. Composite reducer is produced with steel or/and cast iron particles as high-melting point reinforcing component produced from iron-base melt. EFFECT: increased efficiency in processing of liquid steel by intensified aluminum diffusion, improved assimilation and uniform distribution thereof. 2 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
