FIELD: mechanical treatment of bearing parts. SUBSTANCE: treatment is performed by means of two tool holders with rolling elements. Holders and rolling element correspond to shape and sizes of races and rolling elements of bearings. In the course of treatment, axis of rotation of each holder is cocked relative to plane of symmetry of surface being treated and rotation is imparted to them; axis of each holder describes cone at vertex at center of symmetry of part being treated. Angle of obliquity is selected on the condition of ensuring negative interference between tool and blank and tool holder is rotated around axis of rotation of blank. Device proposed for realization of this method has hollow shaft mounted in housing on coaxial bearing supports and tools mounted for intersection of their axes in plane of symmetry. Used as tools are two holders with rolling elements and cages mounted at ends of hollow shaft at inclination relative to axis of symmetry of device. EFFECT: improved quality of treatment due to proper profiling and elimination of abrasive charging; enhanced durability of bearings. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
