FIELD: thermal treatment of products. SUBSTANCE: in the electric furnace for vacuum annealing the power supply system is made in the form of the upper cooled cylindrical current input spring-loaded for contacting with the heating element and the respective first electric busbar, and the lower cooled current input, whose role is fulfilled by the bottom and the lower detachable cover, having a contact with the second electric busbar, and the heating element is made in the form of hollow cylinder, whose lower inner part has a cone-shaped facet for contacting with the upper outer surface of the bottom, having a similar cone-shaped facet and a recess for fixing of the heat- insulating cylindrical support located inside the heating element, installed on it is a tubular path of discharge of vapors, and installed inside it is a sleeve-shaped container for placement of products for annealing.
