PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a bearing, and to secure the smooth operation of the bearing by preventing stay of the lubricating oil in a housing. SOLUTION: In this oil discharging mechanism for discharging the lubricating oil supplied to an intermediate bearing (a bearing) 4 for supporting a shaft 1 inside of a tubular housing 2, the housing 2 is provided with a flow control member 5 for guiding the lubricating oil circulating inside of the housing with the rotation of the shaft 1 to one end of the housing 2.
