PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition having balanced mechanical properties, excellent sliding property and weld characteristics, and also having excellent extrusion processability and moldability. SOLUTION: This polyacetal resin composition is obtained by compounding 0.1-5 pts.wt. of (D) a polyfunctional carbodiimide compound and/or (E) a polyfunctional epoxy compound with 100 pts.wt. of (I) a polyacetal resin composition having 50-99 wt.% content of (A) a polyacetal resin. The polyacetal composition (I) comprises (A) the polyacetal resin, (B) a polyether-ester-amide resin and/or (C) a modified polymer of a vinyl compound, modified by at least one kind of a reactive functional group selected from the group consisting of an acid anhydride, an epoxy group and a carboxy group.
