PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination method, particularly, a gene examination method capable of highly sensitively, quickly and easily examining a pathogenic microorganism and disease related gene abnormality in a short time. SOLUTION: This measuring method of an immunochromatographic analysis is composed of a process of labeling both 5' ends of double spiral DNA by respectively different hapten antigens by amplifying a measuring object gene to be detected from a specimen by PCR in a PCR reaction tube, or a process of labeling one by the hapten antigen, and the other end by biotin, and a process of determining a measuring object substance on the basis of coloring in a stationary phase by making an immunochromatographic analysis of the specimen by performing the processing.
