<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a returnable box used in the case of transporting goods to be delivered in which the transported goods can be protected against shock, its repetitive utilization can be realized and its transporting volume at the time of returning work can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a returnable box 10 having a storing part for use in storing a transported goods 90 so as to store the transported goods 90 at the storing part, transport the goods 90 from a transport starting site to a delivery site and returned back to the transport starting site after the transported goods 90 are taken out at the delivery site. This box is constituted of a first container 20 and a second container 40 having a storing part formed by shock-absorbing material and capable of storing the same amount of transported goods. The second container 40 is formed to such a size as one in which the storing part can be oppositely fitted into the first container 20. When a vacant container is to be returned, the second container 40 is fitted into the storing part in the first container 20 with the storing part of the second container 40 being oppositely arranged, thereby the returnable box 10 is characterized in that the transporting volume in the returnable box 10 at the time of returning operation can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
