Language identification

摘要

The method involves dividing the text into units, e.g. words, word fragments, letters or sounds, using a program in a computer for speech recognition, summing repeating units over the whole text or part thereof and comparing the resulting spectrum with a standard spectrum of text of known origin. An Independent claim is also included for the a system for implementing the inventive method.
