PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a pumping discharger which facilitates discharging of water from a rear face of a shoulder cover. SOLUTION: The pumping discharger has a pump body for reciprocating a piston by repetition of pressing and returning operations of a nozzle head to suck contents in a container into a cylinder and for applying a pressure to discharge. The discharger comprises a base cap for holding the pump body and screwed with a mouth of a container, and a shoulder cover having an opening end through which the nozzle head passes when pressed and covering the base cap together with a shoulder of the container. The base cap is equipped with at least one step lowered in a radial direction of the container and a plurality of longitudinal ribs placed on a sidewall of the step at intervals from one another. Longitudinal ribs having a tip in contact with the outermost sidewall of the base cap and placed at intervals from one another and a locking member to engage with the respective longitudinal ribs of the base cap for coupling with and holding the shoulder cover on the base cap are provided on an inner wall surface of the shoulder cover.
