PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of reducing the cost and improving an appearance of an armrest in a used state. SOLUTION: Skins 7 and 16 of a seat back 2 comprising a material which can be folded back are comprised by forming a recessed part 5 where the armrest 4 can withdraw. A stopper 8 formed by folding back the skin 16 of an upper rim of the recessed part 5 can hold an upper end part of the armrest 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
