WIPING CLEANER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping cleaner having an improved mechanical strength, such as a flexural strength, as a hard foamed plastic and also having a structure of a homogeneous three-dimensional netlike skeleton and a method of manufacturing the same, by injecting an intentionally controlled melamine foam material into a molding tool having an internal contour shape conforming with the external contour shape of the wiping cleaner to be obtained and by foaming it under volumetric restriction to make it have a desired density. SOLUTION: The wiping cleaner which has the external contour shape conforming with the internal contour shape of the molding tool 12 and which is constituted of the homogeneous three-dimensional netlike skeleton of a melamine resin and has the density set to be 30-140 kg/m3and the flexural strength set to be at least 0.1 MPa or above is obtained by injecting the melamine foam material M in a quantity controlled intentionally into the required molding tool 12 and by foaming it under the volumetric restriction.
