<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental plate suitable to be adopted to dental treatment to anodontia or lack of many teeth and an efficient adjustment method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the dental plate, false teeth are arranged in the form of a row on a plastic or metal plate along an occlusion curve expressed on the basis of an optimal radius of curvature R of the dentition found from the X-ray image or the like of the temple of a patient and a central point set on a resultant force line indicating the direction of a standard resultant force generated in the case of occlusion. This dental plate can be adjusted by producing the plate portion of the dental plate to be mounted on the jaw of the patient on the basis of a jaw model transferred from the mouth of the patient, separately producing the components for the dental plate fixing a plurality of false teeth suitable for the relevant patient on a rim prepared on the plate portion and fixedly integrating the components for dental plate on the plate portion according to the intrinsic radius of curvature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
