PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary tilling device improving the effect of gathering soil thrown away in rear direction by plowing claws to its central position by devising a supporting structure of a plowing shaft against a frame. SOLUTION: This rotary tilling device having a constitution of driving and rotating the plowing shaft by the power of a power vehicle such as a tractor and plowing by multiple plowing claws attached to the plowing shaft is constituted by mounting a left and right pair of power transmission cases (shaft- supporting bodies) 9 at the frame F and pivoting each of plowing shafts S<SB>1</SB>, S<SB>2</SB>independently as slightly inclining against a horizontal line L crossing at right angle to a left and right center line C<SB>1</SB>so as to become a moderate reversed V shape or V shape by a horizontal view corresponding to their rotating direction and as a center driving method, at each of the power transmission cases 9.
