PURPOSE: A cushion is provided to prevent the lumbago and reduce the load to be applied to the legs of the user, thereby allowing the user to sit in a comfort posture even in case of long time sitting. CONSTITUTION: The cushion comprises an inner framework(3), which is stepped in different two heights, a cushioning material(2) made of sponge and the like, which surrounds the outer side of the inner framework, and an outer cover(1) wrapping the cushioning material. The inner framework is preferably made of elastic materials rather than hard materials, and the outer cover is preferably made of fabrics.
