PURPOSE: An apparatus for receiving caller information in a PBX(Private Branch eXchange) is provided to receive caller information about an analog termination call in the PBX by a DSP(Digital Signal Processing) filter. CONSTITUTION: An ATC(510) is interfaced to a line connected with a PX(Public eXchange)(400). A system control unit(530) controls a caller information service with respect to each subscriber line. A system bus control unit(520) controls data transmission through a system bus between the ATC(510) and an SLC(560). A switching block(540) selectively switches highway connection between the ATC(510) and the SLC(560) and highway connection between a DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) transmitting unit(550) and a signal detecting unit(570). The SLC(560) is interfaced to a subscriber line connected to each port, for transmitting caller information and data. The DTMF transmitting unit(550) connects to the switching block(540) by a highway and transmits a DTMF signal. The signal detecting unit(570) detects a system signal transmitted from the PX(400).
