ARRAY PANEL FOR LCD DEVICE

PURPOSE: An array panel for an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to improve the yield rate by preventing the disconnection of a data pad and a data line without a separate repair process. CONSTITUTION: A data pad(132) is formed in a non-active area. A link line(131) is placed in the connecting portion of the data pad and a data line(130). Herein, a redundancy repair line(134) is prepared between the data pad and the link line. The redundancy repair line is made of a material used for making a gate line(116). When disconnection occurs in the data pad due to the external force, data signals are applied through the redundancy repair line.
