PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power circuit in which the number of part items can be reduced which are necessary for a soft-starting circuit that soft- starts each starting circuit of a plurality of switching regulators. SOLUTION: In the plurality of independent switching regulators 1, 2 that can concurrently be started, one set of the soft-starting circuits each constituted of a capacitor 41, an NOR circuit 49, a transistor 43 and a current source 40 is commonly used to each starting circuit of AND circuits 23, 24 and the like that start the switching regulators.
