PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system for allowing a user to easily use photographing control information of a professional photographer as well as to easily obtain a desired superior photographing result.

SOLUTION: When providing the photographing control information for the user side of a camera 140 capable of photographing using the photographing control information, the camera 140 forms a file of a special format by adding prescribed restriction to photographing image information from the photographing image information obtained by the photographing using the photographing control information. This file can release the prescribed restriction (the restriction capable of using a photographing image in low resolution before paying a charge, and capable of using the photographing image in high resolution after paying the charge) after the user pays the charge for an offer of the photographing control information to the service providing side (120a).
