PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable battery in which a capacity can be increased. SOLUTION: The battery comprises an enclosure 9, positive and negative electrodes disposed in the enclosure, and an electrolyte placed between them wherein the enclosure is connected electrically with one of the positive or negative electrode to constitute one electrode terminal, the other electrode is connected with other electrode terminal insulated electrically from the enclosure, and at least either of the positive and negative electrodes is connected with the electrode terminal through a current collector 8. The current collector comprises a planar body, and a connecting piece elongating from the end of the body in a substantially perpendicular direction and the body or the connecting piece is provided with a bending guide 8c bendable in the approaching direction of the connecting piece to the body section.
