PURPOSE: A weaving machine containing a jacquard device and a dobby device simultaneously is characterized by forming dobby patterns and jacquard patterns on one machine. Therefore, the weaving machine is capable of producing textile having excellent quality and various designs with a simple process and forming complicated patterns. CONSTITUTION: The weaving machine containing the jacquard device and the dobby device is comprised of: a longitudinal needle(6) and a lateral needle(5) for operating the dobby device installed on a side of a longitudinal needle and a lateral needle of the jacquard device; a dividing part formed on a side of a jacquard card(3); a probe needle hole for operating the dobby corresponded with the lateral needle(5); a guiding piece(7) which is installed temporarily on a lower side of the longitudinal needle(6) in a diagonal direction, containing many guiding holes(8); a connecting thread(9) installed between a lower end of the longitudinal needle(6) and a dobby weight(12); and a coil spring(9') set on the connecting thread(9).
