PURPOSE: Structure for installing a door side weather strip of a vehicle is provided to improve work efficiency by excluding an adhesive tap attaching process and to obtain the excellent closing performance. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip(100) having an upper lip(110) is installed by a clip(200) connected to a through hole(12) of a planar portion(11). A lower lip(120) is integrally formed on the lower portion of the weather strip. An auxiliary strip(300) having a lip(310) fixed on the lower end of a door outer panel(3) is integrally formed on the inner face of the weather strip. The auxiliary strip performs sealing by fixing the lip on the inner face of the door outer panel. Upon fixing the weather strip in the hole via the clip, the weather strip is installed stably. Further, sealing performance is improved even without the pasting of a sealer.
