PURPOSE: A seat for seal valve of blast furnace in which an oil circulation channel is formed so that oil is heated itself to prevent water and dust from adhering to the seat surface of the seal valve is provided, and an apparatus for heating the seat into which heating fluid is supplied to heat the seat for seal valve of blast furnace is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a seat(135) which is consisted of seal valves formed on upper and lower parts of bunker of blast furnace, and on which a tubular protrusion having a certain thickness is formed, the seat for seal valve of blast furnace is characterized in that a fluid circulation channel is formed on the inner part of the tubular protrusion so that fluid is circulated along the circumferential surface of the tubular protrusion. In an apparatus for heating a seat(135) which is consisted of seal valves formed on upper and lower parts of bunker of blast furnace, and in which the fluid circulation channel is formed, the apparatus for heating the seat for seal valve comprises a storage tank(42) for storing fluid circulated through the fluid circulation channel; a heating means(43) for heating the fluid supplied from the storage tank; and a supply means(44,45) for supplying the fluid heated by the heating means into the fluid circulation channel, wherein fluid circulated through the fluid circulation channel is flown into the storage tank, wherein the apparatus further comprises a temperature measuring means(41) for sensing temperature of the seat while the heated fluid is being circulated through the fluid circulation channel.
