PURPOSE: A device for transceiving ATM cell-based IPC between processors is provided to search ports corresponding to all cells received from an AMC(ATM Port Management Control) unit, and to copy the same messages in ports paired with the searched ports, thereby preventing abnormal reassemble while receiving the cells. CONSTITUTION: An AMC unit(10) performs a routing function of a communication message with processors(30) by being connected in a similar UTOPIA bus. A CMDA(Cell Multiplexer and Demultiplexer Assembly)(20) converts serial data into UTOPIA data between the AMC unit(10) and the processors(30). The processors(30) and the CMDA(20) are interfaced by a cross-duplexing hot link. The CMDA(20) and the AMC unit(10) are connected by the similar UTOPIA bus. The AMC unit(10) and an ATM switch(40) are connected by a 622Mbps LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signal) link.
