PURPOSE: An optical pickup device is provided to make two light sources have the same optical path without additional optical detector or hologram, thereby reducing a unit cost of the optical pickup device. CONSTITUTION: A two-wavelength light source module(1) selectively emits two optical beams. A beam splitter directly reflects one beam while transmitting, reflecting, or bending the other beam to have the equal optical path. Another beam splitter(3) reflects the optical beams toward an optical disk(6). A collimator lens(4) converts the beam reflected through the beam splitter into a parallel beam. An objective lens(5) condenses the incident beam at one spot of the optical disk. An optical detector(7) detects the optical beam reflected from a signal track of the optical disk for converting into electrical signals. |
