PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable pattern coating on the front face and back face of a sheet, to miniaturize an apparatus, and to reduce production costs. SOLUTION: A blanket is fitted to the circumferential surface of a rubber impression cylinder 22 for re-catching paper with both sides printed from the impression cylinder 10b of a printing unit. The first varnish-coating means 23 for coating the back of the paper with varnish and the second varnish-coating means 24 for coating the surface of the paper with the varnish are provided. The first varnish-coating means 23 has a varnish film forming cylinder 25 which contacts the rubber impression cylinder 22 from the contact point of the rubber impression cylinder 22 and the impression cylinder 10b on the upstream side in the paper conveyance direction. The second varnish-coating means 24 has a rubber cylinder 28 which contacts the rubber impression cylinder 22 from the contact point of the rubber impression cylinder 22 and the impression cylinder 10b on the downstream side in the paper conveyance direction.
