PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg excellent in handleability and a tubular body made of a fiber-reinforced composite material excellent in strength characteristics. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a fiber-reinforced composite material contains (A) a compound having at least two epoxy groups, (B) a curing agent, and (C) a compound having a partial structure represented by formula (1) or (2), a functional group capable of reacting with ingredient (A) or (B) to form a chemical bond, and a molecular weight of 400 or lower.
