PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a state of imperfect contact occurs when some plane distortion on contact surface of an extruder or its head toward a seal plate occurs due to carelessness at the time of processing or handling during operation of a resin extrusion device, and melted resin gets into this imperfect contact portion, then the resin enlarges the clearance between the extruder or its head and the seal plate, leading to the occurrence of resin leakage. SOLUTION: An easily-deforming material is used for the seal plate 3, and a ring-shaped projection 4 is provided on the seal plate 3 for increasing the deformation degree. The ring-shaped projection 4 gets deformed at the time of being inserted between the extruder 1 and the extrusion head 2 due to the fastening force. Even when the plane distortion on the contact-surface between the extruder 1 and the extrusion head 2 exists, a perfect contact is assured and the resin leakage is eliminated.
