The advertising medium (1) is secured to two door wings or a back wall and comprises a section (1.2) which is permanently, but removably fixed to one door wing or part of the back wall with fasteners (3) and a further section (1.1) which is releasably secured to the other door wing or another part of the back wall using holders (5, 6) so that it can be swung back over the other section. Fixing devices (4, 5, 6) are provided for securing the swung back section of the advertising medium to one of the door wings or part of the back wall in order to allow the doors or back of the e.g. lorry to be opened.
