<p>A water-based suspension of crosslinked silicone particles comprises(A) crosslinked silicone particles having an average particle size of 0.1 to 500 mm,(B) the oxyethylene adduct of C16 alcohol of non-animal fat origin, and (C) water.A water-based emulsion of oil that contains crosslinked silicone particles comprises(A) crosslinked silicone particles having an average particle size of 0.1 to 500 mm, (E) oil, (B) the oxyethylene adduct of C16 alcohol of non-animal fat origin, and (C) water.The suspension and emulsion are very stable, impose little environmental burden, and have little effect on the human body.</p> |
