<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt mixture capable of obtaining a new usage of a carbide by carbonizing an organic waste or the like with a carbonization device. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined amount of carbide obtained by carbonizing various kinds of organic wastes is mixed with the asphalt mixture obtained by mixing a predetermined amount of heated aggregate having various grain sizes, stone powder and molten asphalt to mix them by a mixer or the like. The asphalt mixture mixed with the carbide to be obtained is paved on the surface of the road.
